It has different levels of membership. For free accounts, only 8 projects per month can be rewarded and cannot make direct deposit withdrawals. Higher tiers of paid users get additional bids, direct deposit withdrawals, and other features.

Pros

  • Large number of projects are available
  • Competition. You tend to only get hired for the high paying jobs if you have a good reputation on the site
  • They have their own payment system

Cons

  • Risk of not being paid which is present in working freelance
